- Stainless steel is nickel-bearing, 200 series minimum. This material is NSF recognized for corrosion resistance.
- 18 gauge stainless steel body and 20 gauge doors.
- 16 gauge stainless tray slides with 14 gauge uprights.
- 16 gauge bottom and top.
- Double pan door with 1" rigid fiberglass insulation for sound deadening.
- Door mounted on stainless steel lift off hinges which allow 270 degree door swing.
- Stainless steel flush mount paddle latch.
- Non-marking vinyl perimeter bumper.
- Vent louvers in cart sides and back.
- Floor drains.
- 8" diameter cushion casters (two swivel with manual brakes, two rigid casters without brakes) on two door models.
- 6" diameter casters on single door models.
- Removable and adjustable tray slides accommodate either 14" x 18" or 15" x 20" trays at 5" spacing.
- Ledges are 2" wide.
- Vertical push handles on single door models.
- Horizontal push handles on double door models.
