• Stainless steel is nickel-bearing, 200 series minimum. This material is NSF recognized for corrosion resistance.
    
• Body panel is made from 18 gauge stainless steel.
   
• Platform and top deck are made from 16 gauge stainless steel.
   
• Doors are made from 20 gauge stainless steel.
   
• Caster channels are made from 16 gauge stainless steel.
   
• Cart has door hold open mechanisms.
