Specifications

• Cabinet can be sized for sheet pans or custom trays.
    
• Platform is made .125 thick aluminum.
    
• Body is made from .063 thick aluminum.
    
• Tray guides are made from .063 thick aluminum and are removable for easy cleaning.
   
• Back glass is 1/4" thick polycarbonate and is easily replaceable.
   
• Back of cabinet is sealed with neoprene gasket between the glass and frame.
   
• Door is sealed with neoprene gasket between door and body.
   
• Three die cast compression latches are used.
    
• 5" diameter swivel casters.
